Honigman Honey - Golden

This golden honey was collected in July and August from motherwort, Canadian thistle, cow vetch, chicory, purple loosestrife, milkweed, wild mint, basil and bergamot. It has a rich taste and it's excellent for green teas and pancakes. 

Natural, unpasteurized honey.
