Hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Noirmoutier Island in France, our Fleur de sel forms on the water’s surface during hot summer days. Collected delicately from the top layer to preserve its brilliant white colour, it is then sun-dried, which enhances its aroma and rich mineral content.
